Maybe for arms only

I bought the wonder core to mainly workout my abdomen but it turned out to be a big disappointment. It actually helps you out too much while doing a sit-up or crunch so it doesn’t do anything for your stomach muscles. I tried the arm exercises and those seem to work out your muscles. The leg exercises made the core machine move to much and not stay in place, seemed really rickety for these type of exercises. I ultimately returned it to Costco because I mostly bought it to work out my abs which it doesn’t. I would only recommend it if you want to work out your arms but a couple of 5 to 10 lb. weights would be less bulky.
